SHIPPING POLICY
At A.G Tru Cut, we understand the importance of receiving your products in a timely manner. That's why we primarily ship via UPS for Same Day dispatch on all orders placed before 12:00PM Eastern Time Zone. Our shipping times typically range between 2 to 3 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Please note that shipping times may vary for orders outside of this region.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
AG Tru Cut LLC does not accept refunds or returns for Kuiet Kut Grinders, except as required by law. All sales of Kuiet Kut Grinders are considered final. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product specifications and details before making a purchase.
Exceptions: Refunds or returns may only be considered under the following circumstances: The product is received in a damaged or defective condition. The wrong product is delivered.
Claim Procedure: Customers must notify AG Tru Cut LLC of any damaged or defective products within a reasonable time frame.
